The removable fleece liner is easy to wash and dry, and the synthetic insulation both insulates and wicks away moisture. The fingertips feature a Wolf Paw design without seams on the surfaces subjected to the most wear. This three-finger model is ideal if you’re looking for a warmer glove while maintaining a degree of finger dexterity. Also available as a mitten and in a 5-finger version.

Patrol Jr is designed for skiing in slightly colder temperatures and to suit young skiers who like to spend a lot of time in the park and forest, and on the slopes. The materials are durable, weather-resistant and flexible, to protect and facilitate hand movements. The goatskin in the palm is the same sturdy material used in Hestra’s popular Heli Ski model, while the backhand is made from stretch fabric. A removable fleece liner with warm synthetic insulation keeps small hands warm when the cold bites. The liner is easy to dry after a day’s skiing, or to wash when dirty. The cuff is short and flexible, and can be adjusted with Velcro to stay securely in place. A wrist strap is also included to reduce the risk of losing a glove, for example on a ski lift. Orion is a versatile mitten that works just as well on the ski slopes as on winter walks. The backhand is made from weather-resistant polyamide, while the palm is made from durable, grip-friendly vegan leather. The mitten allows moisture to escape and protects against wind and weather, but does not have taped seams and is therefore not completely waterproof. The inside is softly brushed, and G-Loft synthetic insulation provides cosy warmth when the temperature creeps downwards. A neoprene cuff with adjustable Velcro provides a snug fit around the wrist and slips easily under the jacket sleeve. A lightweight, flexible winter model – and a great option for those who want to avoid materials from animals. Also available as a 5-finger glove.

The Kiruna Loft Mitt is a flexible, warm mitten perfect for the chillier days of winter. It is made in flexible ripstop polyamide,* able to resist wind and weather while ventilating moisture out. The polyester fleece lining is soft against the skin, while the synthetic Primaloft Gold insulation is warming and feels like down. The retro-inspired design features eye-catching contrast details. The palm is reinforced with recycled polyester stretch fabric and Velcro adjusts the width at the wrist. There’s also a little grip zone at the inside wrist and a hanging loop makes it easy to attach the mitten to a rucksack. The fact that this mitten is entirely made from synthetic materials makes it an excellent choice if you who prefer vegan alternatives, and also means it can be washed if necessary. * Colour 550 is made from recycled polyamide.

Simple can often be beautiful – what is more attractive than really well executed craftsmanship and gorgeous natural materials? Edward is a classic men’s glove, sewn by hand in supple lamb nappa from quality Italian tanneries. The fit is close-fitting with decorative stitching that gives extra room for movement as well as adding a subtle touch of style. Otherwise, the design is streamlined, with outward-facing seams and a soft elastic cuff at the inside of the wrist. A knitted wool lining is comfortably warming on chilly winter days.
